Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Your refund will be the purchase price (we do not refund shipping) less a 15% restocking fee. We will waive the restocking fee if you exchange your purchase for another Folio item.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order up to 2 hours after the order is placed. After 2 hours, a cancellation will result in a 15% restocking fee unless you are replacing it with another item. Our 2-hour cancellation policy is in place because we custom-cut

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you may exchange your purchase for another Folio item within 60 days. We waive the return restocking fee for exchanges. You will be responsible for the return shipping and outbound shipping of the exchanged item (unless it is qualifies for free

Can I cancel my backorder?

Yes, you may cancel your backorder anytime between purchase and ship date. We do not charge a restocking fee for cancelled backorders. Your order will be refunded 100% (shipping too).

Why do you charge a restocking fee?

We only charge a 15% restocking fee if you are not exchanging. The 15% restocking fee is charged because we custom cut your order from a larger bolt. Upon return, we thoroughly inspect the return, and restock the item that is now cut from your order.
