We only charge a 15% restocking fee if you are not exchanging. The 15% restocking fee is charged because we custom cut your order from a larger bolt. Upon return, we thoroughly inspect the return, and restock the item that is now cut from your order. This makes it harder to resell, as the material has been cut to order.
