What if my order is on backorder?Updated 2 years ago
In the unlikely event of a backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible.
When notified, you will receive the current lead time for the backorder. At that point you may:
- Wait for the backorder to arrive (usually less than 3 weeks)
- Select another fabric. We are happy to put together samples and ship expedited via FedEx at our expense
- Cancel your order (full refund)
If you ordered multiple items, we are happy to ship the in-stock portion first. You will not incur any additional shipping charges. We will ship the backorder separately at our expense when it arrives.
